General explanation attachment	The Fund has never filed a form 990 we are submitting 2010 becuase this is the last year we have adequate records for. The trustees had relied on their outside accounting firm to inform them about their obligations to file tax returns and did not become aware of the form 990 requirement until August of 2014. REASON FOR LATE FILINGThis trust is a vacation fund that was formed in 1973. It has never filed a form 990 until 2014. The trust has filed a form 5500 every year. The Accountant who prepared the form 5500 was unaware of a requirement to file a form 990. The trustees relied on the accountant to advise them on tax compliance issues.
