Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	The Association retains the services of a management firm, Kellen Company, to provide management, back-office services, and use of office space and equipment. The Executive Director is an employee of Kellen Company, and as such, is provided compensation and benefits from Kellen Company.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	There are three categories of membership: Regular Airline, Regular Vendor, and Honorary. Only Regular Airline and Regular Vendor members (collectively referred to as "Regular Members") have voting rights.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	As per its Bylaws, the Association shall have eleven directors elected by the voting membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	Any amendments to the Bylaws shall be made either by affirmative vote of a simple majority of Regular members present and voting at the Annual Meeting or by affirmative vote of a simple majority of Regular members voting by ballot.
