What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The organization's primary exempt purpose is to promote business and community activities. The club members raise money that is distributed by Hillsboro Rotary Foundation. The money that is raised is used for scholarships for post-secondary education for students who attend technical schools. Funds are also given to charities and to Rotary International for special charitable purposes.
