THEY ARE REQUIRED TO READ THE POLICIES AND PROVIDE A DISCLOSURE STATEMENT TO THE COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT, WHICH IDENTIFIES ACTIVITIES AND RELATIONSHIPS THAT COULD POTENTIALLY GIVE RISE TO A CONFLICT OF INTEREST.
