What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PURPOSE OF THE UNDERWOOD AREA ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION IS TO PROVIDE A DYNAMIC ATMOSPHERE THAT ALLOWS OUR BUSINESSES TO PROSPER AND PROVIDE THE HIGHEST QUALITY OF LIFE FOR THE FAMILIES OF OUR COMMUNITY AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
