    IN JUNE OF 2014 THE TRUSTEES VOTED TO LIQUIDATE THE INVESTMENT ASSETS AND DISTRIBUTE ALL OF THE FUNDS TO VARIOUS CHARITABLE ORGANIZATIONS. ALL OF THE FUNDS WERE TRANSFERED INTO A CHECKING ACCOUNT AND WERE DISTRIBUTED BY THE END OF DECEMBER 2014. THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AS OF JANUARY 2015 AFTER ALL OF THE CHECKS HAD CLEARED.
