FORM 8868 APPLICATION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILEForm 8868,page 1 was timely filed and an extension of time to file was accordingly granted until August 15, 2015.Our supplemental application for an extension of time to file through November 15, 2015 was prepared and intended to be timely filed by August 15, 2015. However serious health issues experienced by our internal accountant, requiring her hospitalization caused the request not to be mailed, when such was discovered, we immediately mailed in the request on August 26, 2015.It was not our intention to file in an untimely manner.We would appreciate your consideration of the circumstances involved and abate any penalty that may be assessed.
