What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Manx Club extends an invitation to all dune buggy owners of all brands to join "The Manx Club". The only requirement is that the buggy be streetlegal. Club members enjoy the company of like-minded buggy owners in pursuit of their passion through organized events at various locations.
