PART I, LINE 2: AN EVALUATION AND FOLLOWUP COMMITTEE OF THE BOARD MAKES SITE VISITS ONE YEAR AFTER DISCRETIONARY GRANTS ARE MADE TO DETERMINE HOW THE FUNDS HAVE BEEN USED. IN ADDITION, CACF REQUIRES A WRITTEN FOLLOWUP FROM THE AGENCY SPECIFYING HOW THE FUNDS WERE USED AND WHAT RESULTS WERE ACHIEVED. THE FOLLOWUP COMMITTEE AND CACF STAFF EVALUATE THE REPORTS.
