Facts And Circumstances Test
CENTRAL NEW YORK LAND TRUST'S PUBLIC SUPPORT PERCENTAGE IS 26.66%. THIS IS LARGER THAN THE 10% MINIMUM. THE ORGANIZATION CONTINUOUSLY SOLICITS MONETARY DONATIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE AND VARIOUS FUNDRAISING EVENTS. THE ORGANIZATION ALSO SOLICITS LAND DONATIONS FROM THE GENERAL PUBLIC. THESE LAND DONATIONS TYPICALLY EXCEED THE 2% THRESHOLD AS DESCRIBED IN SCHEDULE A PART II LINE 5 AND ARE THUS EXCLUDED FROM THE PUBLIC SUPPORT PERCENTAGE CALCULATION. THE BOARD CONSISTS OF FIFTEEN INDIVIDUALS WITH A BROAD REPRESENTATION OF THE CENTRAL NEW YORK COMMUNITY. CENTRAL NEW YORK LAND TRUST ALLOWS THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO HIKE ALONG THEIR TRAILS, VIEW NATURE IN ITS NATURAL HABITAT, AND ENJOY THE GREAT OUTDOORS.
