THE ORGANIZATION IS A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF A HOLDING COMPANY, SOURCEONE BEHAVIORAL HEALTH, WHICH IS ALSO A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION BUT THE COUNSELING CENTER OF WAYNE AND HOLMES COUNTIES HAS A BOARD OF DIRECTORS THAT HAS THE POWER TO ELECT ITS OWN MEMBERS THEREFORE IT IS ESSENTIALLY SELF-GOVERNING.
