ALL OFFICERS OF THE LIVING DESERT SHALL BE MEMBERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, ANY PRESIDENT'S CIRCLE MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING OF THE LIVING DESERT IS ELIGIBLE TO BE A TRUSTEE. THE OFFICERS SHALL BE CHOOSEN ANNUALLY BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTESS AT ITS ORGANIZATION MEETING AND EACH SHALL HOLD OFFICE FOR ONE YEAR OR UNTIL RESIGNATION OR REMOVAL, OR UNTIL A SUCCESSOR SHALL BE ELECTED AND QUALIFY.
