(a) For trustees (including the President), the conflict of interest disclosure form is submitted to the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees. The Executive Committee, with help from others it may designate, investigates any conflicts or potential conflicts of interest and implements management plans where conflicts or potential conflicts are found to exist. Trustees having made disclosures of current or potential conflict of interest situations may participate in the information-gathering stage of the Executive Committee's review of the disclosures, but will be asked to excuse themselves during the Executive Committee discussion, consideration and vote on the matters in question. (b) For officers and key employees, the conflict of interest disclosure form is submitted to the President.
