What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE TROUP COUNTY BOARD OF REALTORS OPERATES AS A LOCAL REALTOR ASSOCIATION AFFILIATED WITH THE GEORGIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (GAR) AND THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (NAR). IT GENERATES FUNDS THROUGH ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP DUES AND UTILIZES THESE FOR MEMBERSHIP EDUCATION,AND TO PROMOTE AND MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS OF CONDUCT THROUGH NAR CODE OF ETHICS, FURTHERING THE INTERESTS OF HOME AND OTHER REAL PROPERTY OWNERSHIP, COMMUNITY SERVICE IN THE TROUP CONTY AREA AND MEMBERSHIP IN GAR AND NAR.
