What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? (1) To offer an annual "college fair" at no costs to the students of Passaic County. The event is entirely instructional, as it provides students the opportunity to meet with the representatives of the many colleges attending the event. Students also attend seminars and lectures covering such topics as the college application process, the steps for deciding a major, the challenges of college life and the process of applying for financial aid.(2) Providing financial assistance to those students who qualify by issuing need-based scholarships.(3) To provide invaluable service to the directors and counselors of Passaic County in the form of education and training, which in turn benefits the students, the parents and the community as a whole.
