THE DECISION WAS BASED ON COMPARABILITY DATA FROM THE PUGET SOUND BUSINESS JOURNAL PUBLISHED NONPROFIT SALARIES, THE UW SALARY SURVEY, AND OTHER CAP AGENCY CEO SALARY INFORMATION. THE DATA FROM THESE SOURCES WAS DISCUSSED AND CONSIDERED AS WAS PUBLIC AND INTERNAL PERCEPTIONS OF CEO'S SALARY LEVELS BY DONORS, STAFF, THE BOARD AND THE PUBLIC AT LARGE. BASED ON THIS DISCUSSION, AND BY UNANIMOUS DECISION OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, THE CEO'S COMPENSATION WAS DETERMINED. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE DOCUMENTED THE COMPENSATION DECISIONS IN THE MINUTES.
