The members served are contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, material suppliers, factory representatives and others involved in the construction industry. During the fiscal year there were 4,208 projects handled by the staff and provided to the members. The members served during this fiscal year were 610.

Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	Any person, partnership, corporation or limited liability company directly or indirectly connected with the construction industry shall be eligible to apply for membership in this Corporation. There shall be no discrimination of individual memberships because of race, religion, sex, age, national origin, disability or veteran's status. Residence in the state of North Dakota is not required for membership.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	The President of the Board of Directors will appoint a Nominations Committee of three (3) active Board members. The Nominations Committee will disseminate nomination forms to all Corporation members. Members elect the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 8b	There are no committees with the broad authority to act on behalf of the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	The Form 990 was reviewed by the Board President and presented at the Board of Directors meeting. The Office Manager reviewed the details of the Form 990 with the entire board and the board approved the Form 990.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The written conflict of interest policy covers Board of Directors only. The Board President reviews and determines whether a conflict exists.
