	The Washington State Chapter of Community Associations Institute (WSCAI) serves the educational, business, and networking needs of community associations for the entire state members including: condominium, cooperative, and homeowner associations as well as those who provide services and products to associations. WSCAI has nearly 1,643 members representing 654 businesses and managers, and 989 homeowners and/or board members of common interest developments (CIDs) representing tens of thousands of households. WSCAI is one of 60 community associations institute chapters in the nation.
