Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The accounting and tax returns are avaivable upon request of the quartermaster. The policies are posted on a bulliten board in the building for all members to see. Any policies or governing documents that are not on the bulliten board are available from the commander or quartermaster upon request.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11	The quartermaster has been provided copies of the Form 990 and Form 990T prior to the filing of the returns. The commander and quartermaster meet on a regular basis nearly everyday. At one of those meetings they will discuss the Form 990 and Form 990T. The CPA has also discussed the filing of the Form 990 and Form 990T with the quartermaster for the filing year.
