	Largest program and main purpose of the Midwest Poultry Federation is to put on the Midwest Poultry Federation Convention to communicate information about the products, services, and technologies that are vital to the success of the poultry industry. Return Reference	Explanation
Part X, Line 2:	The Federation is exempt from taxation as a nonprofit organization in accordance with 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Federation's income tax exemption does not extend to net advertising income. The Federation adopted the recognition requirements for uncertain income tax positions as required by the FASB ASC 740-10 (formerly known as FASB Interpretation No. 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes), with no cumulative effect adjustment required. Income tax benefits are recognized for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return, only when it is determined that the income tax position will more-likely-than-not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. The Federation has analyzed tax positions taken for filing with the Internal Revenue Service and state jurisdiction where it operates. The Federation believes that income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material adverse affect on the Federation's financial condition, results of operations, or cash flows. Accordingly, the Organization has not recorded any reserves, or related accruals for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions at October 31, 2014. Explanation

Part X, Line 2:

The Federation is exempt from taxation as a nonprofit organization in accordance with 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Federation's income tax exemption does not extend to net advertising income. The Federation adopted the recognition requirements for uncertain income tax positions as required by the FASB ASC 740-10 (formerly known as FASB Interpretation No. 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes), with no cumulative effect adjustment required. Income tax benefits are recognized for income tax positions taken or expected to be taken in a tax return, only when it is determined that the income tax position will more-likely-than-not be sustained upon examination by taxing authorities. The Federation has analyzed tax positions taken for filing with the Internal Revenue Service and state jurisdiction where it operates. The Federation believes that income tax filing positions will be sustained upon examination and does not anticipate any adjustments that would result in a material adverse affect on the Federation's financial condition, results of operations, or cash flows. Accordingly, the Organization has not recorded any reserves, or related accruals for interest and penalties for uncertain income tax positions at October 31, 2014.
