Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 6	The credit union is owned by its members who each have an account with a minimum balance. Their deposits are considered shares in the credit union.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7a	An annual meeting is held where the members of the credit union can elect the board members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	The 990 is prepared by the Controller and reviewed by the President and board of directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	Each employee and director must complete a form indicating all family members and business associated them. This audited periodically.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 15	The board of directors review and approve the president's salary. The President reviews and approves all other salaries.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The financial statements are printed and are available for each member. The credit union is also required to complete and file a 5300 Call Report with the NCUA which is public information on the NCUA website. The policies are available on request.
