What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Thousand Oaks Boulevard Association is a nonprofit mutual benefit corporation. The specific purpose of this organization is to provide a forum whereby commercial and industrial real property owners of Thousand Oaks Boulevard may establish and maintain an environment where owners can work together and with local government and businesses on issues of mutual interest and benefit.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
