What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE WASHINGTON AREA CONCIERGE ASSOCIATION (WACA) EXISTS TO FOSTER OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE PROFESSIONAL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT OF OUR CONCIERGE AND AFFILIATE MEMBERS.
