What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO DEVELOP A MORE PROFESSIONAL IMAGE FOR DIRECTORS OF ATHLETICS (TO COORDINATE AND UPGRADE COMPETITIVE INTERSCHOLASTIC PROGRAMS); TO DEVELOP CLOSER RELATIONS WITH THE KENTUCKY HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION; TO IMPROVE THE EDUCATIONAL ASPECTS OF INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS AND A TOTAL EDUCATIONAL PICTURE; TO CREATE BETTER UNITY AND COMMUNICATION AMONG PERSONS OF THE SAME POSITION AND TO INITIATE HIGHER STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL PROFICIENCY IN ETHICS.
