	The Holding Company has been assigned, by Baton Rouge Speech and Hearing Foundation, all rights, title and interest in a ground lease and construction aggreement. The holding company will construct and equip a new facility located on the property to provide integrated autism services, communication therapy services and audiology services to the property. The holing company will then sublease the facility to the foundation so that it may carry out its exempt purpose.
