OUR ORGANIZATION RELIED ON OUR FORMER ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL TO FILE ALL EXTENSIONS AND RETURNS. DUE TO REASONS BEYOND OUR CONTROL THE SECOND REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO FILE WAS NOT SUBMITTED. ONCE WE BECAME AWARE OF THE SITUATION WE PROMPTLY TOOK ACTION TO CORRECT THE OVERSIGHT.
