Return Reference	Explanation
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	A copy of the 990 is available at the organization's office upon receipt from the accountant's office to all Board members. However, in most cases the only person who normally reviews it in detail is the Executive Director. If she has questions she normally contacts a Finance Committee Board Member or the Accountant. The return is then signed by the Treasurer and mailed.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 15	The Executive Director's Salary is determined by the Executive Board after the festival each year. The salary contains a base commission and % of sponsorship income.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, line 19	The organization makes its governing documents and financial statements avaiable to the public upon request at it's office during normal operating hours.
