Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	Membership is limited to the organized Lodges of the Loyal Order of Moose in the states of Alaska and Hawaii. No individual holds membership in the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Elections by secret ballet are held annually to elect officer and directors. Voting members are the officers of the respective Lodges who hold membership in the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	All decisions of the governing body are subject to discussion and vote of the membership prior to implementation.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11	The governing board of officers reviews the financial statements and approves all expenditures on a monthly basis and at the end of the year. The fiancial statements used to compile the Form 990 are approved prior to submitting same to the accountant for tax return preparation. The Secretary and/or Treasurer reviews the tax return before electronic filing. The tax return is then reviewed by the governing body on the next regularly scheduled meeting after the return has been completed. Should any discrepancy be noted, an amended return would be filed to correct same.
