Part X, Line 2:	Management has evaluated the Association's tax positions and concluded that as of December 31, 2014 and 2013, the Association does not believe that it has taken any tax positions that would require the recording of any additional tax liability, nor does it believe that there are any unrealized tax benefits that would either increase or decrease within the next twelve months. When necessary, the Association recognizes interest accrued related to unrecognized tax benefits in interest expense and penalties in operating expenses. No such interest or penalties were recognized during the periods presented. In addition, the Association had no accruals for interest and penalties at December 31, 2014 and 2013. The Association is subject to Internal Revenue Service and state examinations by taxing authorities for the years ending December 31, 2011 through December 31, 2014.
