Pt VI, Line 15a	The compensation of the Executive Director is reviewed annually by the Board of Directors. Compensation data is obtained from outside sources and reviewed against the current compensation structure.
Pt VI, Line 11b	Form 990 is prepared by an external accounting firm. Once the draft Form 990 and related schedules are prepared, they are reviewed in detail by the Executive Director. The Executive Director has the responsibility to approve and sign all forms.
Pt VI, Line 6	The organization has five classes of members, including insurer members, noninsurer members, associate members, and charter members.
Pt VI, Line 7a	Members elect the Board of Directors and confirm election of the Executive Committee.
