PART VI, SECTION A - QUESTION 4	The amendments limit Directors to two consecutive three year terms (except for extraordinary circumstances); where someone is elected to fill an unexpired term, his or her term, even if it is just one year, counts as a full term. He or she would only be able to run for one more three year term. We have provided that six years should elapse before a former Board member can run for election for another term. The term for Nominating Committee members is one year - two consecutive one year terms are allowed - a candidate can run again if six years have elapsed from the end of two consecutive one year terms. The amendments further provide that the Nominating Committee should reach out to all Members for suggestions as to Nominees for the Board of Directors. The amendments also provide that no one can be President for more than three consecutive one year terms (except for extraordinary circumstances). In addition, the amendments also provide that the President will not be an "Ex Officio" Member of the Nominating Committee. Part VI, Section A - Question 6 THE CLUB WAS INCORPORATED AS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION.
PART VI, SECTION A - QUESTION 7A	AT LEAST 1/3 OF THE DIRECTORS OF THE CLUB ARE ELECTED AT THE CLUB'S ANNUAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERS FOR A TERM OF 3 YEARS.
