PLEASE ACCEPT THIS AS REASONABLE CAUSE FOR LATE FILING. THE ORGANIZATION WAS IN THE PROCESS OF WORKING WITH THE CITY OF GLOUCESTER TOURISM COMMISSION ON FORMING AN ALLIANCE TO PROMOTE TOURISM.
