Form 990, Part III, Line 3	As a result of an eminent domain action by the Metro Transportation Authority our building was condemned. During the 2014 year we were unable to continue to support are main staple of programs. We initiated a lawsuit against the MTA which resulted in a settlement in our favor entered in December of 2014.
