	Education/Meetings - UCAOA holds two main continuing medical education conferences - one each in the spring and fall. A trade show/exhibit hall is also featured at each conference to provide attendees with extended opportunities to learn about new developments as well as tools to help their practice management and clinical practice. A series of continuing education webinars are held and webinars and conference sessions are archived and available for purchase.

	Membership - UCAOA has both individual (physician,non-physician and students), clinic and vendor memberships. Clinic organizational membership is based on the number of locations/centers and ranges from 1-2 to more than 100. Individuals working for clinic members receive benefits as "beneficiaries" of the clinic membership. Vendor (group) memberships consist of any company providing supplies or services to the urgent care industry.

	Certification/Accreditation - Since 2009, UCAOA has administered a certification program to recognize those urgent care centers that meet the scope of services as defined by the UCAOA.
