PART VI, SECTION A. - QUESTION 6	ROLLING HILLS COUNTRY CLUB INC. WAS INCORPORATED AS A MEMBERSHIP ORGANIZATION.
PART VI, SECTION A. - QUESTION 7A	At the July meeting of the Board of Governors, the President shall appoint a Nominating Committee consisting of seven Regular members of the Club in good standing, the majority of which shall not be members of the Board of Governors. It shall be the duty of such Nominating Committee to nominate and have placed on the bulletin board of the Club at least four weeks prior to the Annual meeting, a list of candidates for such offices are to be filled at said Annual Meeting. Members may nominate additional candidates as officers or as members to the Board of Governors to be voted on at such Annual meeting by filing with the Secretary not later than fifteen days before the time fixed for such meeting, a list of such candidates, which shall be filed by not less than twenty-five members. Such names shall be immediately posted on the bulletin board in the Clubhouse and a list of such additional candidates mailed to each member. No Member of the Nominating Committee shall be eligible for nomination as an officer nor as a member of the Board of Governors. No member shall serve more than six consecutive years as a governor, excluding any term of services as an officer.
