IV 11f	Organizations Liability for Uncertain Tax Positions.
X 2	Generally accepted accounting principles require management to evaluate tax positions taken and recognize a tax liability if the entity has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. Management has evaluated the tax positions taken by the Plan and concluded that as of December 31, 2014 there are no uncertain positions taken expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The Plan is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions however, there are currently no audits in progress for any tax periods. Management believes the Plan is no longer subject to income tax examinations for year prior to the 2011.

Generally accepted accounting principles require management to evaluate tax positions taken and recognize a tax liability if the entity has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. Management has evaluated the tax positions taken by the Plan and concluded that as of December 31, 2014 there are no uncertain positions taken expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability or disclosure in the financial statements. The Plan is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions however, there are currently no audits in progress for any tax periods. Management believes the Plan is no longer subject to income tax examinations for year prior to the 2011.
