What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? PRIMARY PURPOSE IS TO PROMOTE BUSINESS GROWTH, REVITALIZATION AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE VILLAGE OF BALLSTON SPA THROUGH PROMOTIONAL PROGRAMS AND MARKETING.
