What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE MISSION OF THE ACLU OF KANSAS IS TO PROTECT AND DEFEND THE CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND CIVIL LIBERTIES OF EVERY INDIVIDUAL IN KANSAS (INDIVIDUALS IN WESTERN MISSIOURI SERVED THROUGH MARCH 27, 2013) REGARDLESS OF CREED, RACE, RELIGION OR OTHER LABELING THROUGH EDUCATION, ADVOCACY, AND LITIGATION.
