What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The mission of the Richmond Beach Community Association is to promote the welfare of the community of Richmond Beach, Washington, and to encourage civic betterment among residents.
Describe the organization’s program service accomplishments for each of its three largest program services, as measured by expenses. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Halloween Carnival provides an important opportunity for community building among the 2500+ Richmond Beach residents The annual event offers safe and fun entertainment for the youth and families in the community and give teens the opportunity to earn community service hours for school, scout troops to learn the value of volunteering, adults to give back to the community and businesses to volunteer and support the event. All of this builds relationships and strengthens community ties.

29 Strawberry Festival-The Strawberry Festival is a unique event in the Shoreline area that showcases local musicians and artists and provides exposure for the arts. The variety of music genres offered at the festival promotes exposure to, and an appreciation for, different types of music by community members. Local restaurants offer a variety of culinary items, and this event gives them exposure in the community and an opportunity to create relationships with their customers. RBCA sponsors community-building events that generate a sense of community among residents. This event elicits and facilitates community cohesiveness and involvement and cultivates pride in citizenship in those living in this neighborhood.
