Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 3	During the year, the Organization contracted with Zenergy International, Inc. to provide a variety of services, including executive association management. The Organization's President, Richard Kolodziej, was compensated through Zenergy International, Inc.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6	The Coalition has two classes of membership, Sustaining Members and Supporting Members. Sustaining membership is available to companies, corporations, partnerships, or other business units that are willing to provide substantial support for natural gas vehicles. Applicants for Sustaining membership must receive the approval of 2/3 of the Board members at a meeting at which there is a quorum, and must be fully committed to support the goals of the Coalition. Supporting membership is available to companies, corporations, partnerships, or other business units that will provide substantial support for the development of natural gas vehicles.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a	Sustaining members shall be eligible to serve on the Board of Directors, where members also shall be eligible to vote in the election of Directors to the Board. Each Supporting member shall be eligible to vote in the election of Directors to the Board of Directors.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b	Sustaining members shall be eligible to vote on amendments to Articles of Incorporation and on matters relating to a proposed merger or consolidation of the Coalition.
