PART VI, SECTION A. - LINE 6	The uniVERSITY club of Boston was incorporated as a membership organization. Part VI, section a. - line 7a Members, in good standing, shall have the right to vote a slate of officers at the annual meeting of the club or by absentee ballots. Part VI, section a. - line 7b Members, in good standing, shall have the right to vote on any change in the bylaws. Part VI, section a. - line 8b The club does not have a committee with authority to act on behalf of the governing body.
PART VI, SECTION A. - LINE 11B	The controller, treasurer, and other officers of the club will review and approve the 990 prior to release. The 990 will be provided to all board members prior to release. Part VI, section a. - line 12c At the annual meeting all members of the board of governors discuss the conflict of interest policy. As of 2014, no conflict of interest has been disclosed.
PART VI, SECTION B. - LINE 15A	The general manager's existing employment contract was reviewed by the club general manager and treasurer.
