The Foundation has published to date three studies, one on the jury system in Texas, one on the court structure and administration in Texas, and one on the economic impact of lawsuit reform in Texas. All three reports have been widely distributed to the press, elected officials, academics, judges, members of the Bar, and the public. Research is conducted by scholars, analysts, and professionals with experience and expertise in the areas being researched and commented on.
