Pt VI, Line 6 Charleroi Co-Op has members, both regular and social, but
Pt VI, Line 6 it does not have any stock holders. Its membership varies
Pt VI, Line 6 from year to year, usually between 575 and 675 members.
Pt VI, Line 6 Only its regular members can vote (social members cannot
Pt VI, Line 6 vote). All of its officers are regular members.
Pt VI, Line 7a All of Charleroi Co-Op's officers (members of its
Pt VI, Line 7a governing body) are elected by secret ballot by its
Pt VI, Line 7a members and the person receiving the majority of the votes
