Members or stockholder classes and rights Part VI line 6	Any credit union organized under state or federal law and with an office in the state of Wisconsin shall be eligible for membership in the League. Only members shall have voting rights.
Member election for additional members Part VI line 7a	The state shall be divided into not less than five (5)geographic regions and not less than four (4) groups based on the asset size of members (referred to herein as groups). The Board of Directors may from time to time, with the approval of the members, reestablish the number of regions, and the boundaries for those regions, as well as the number and asset breakdown of the groups.The regions and groups shall be established to fairly represent the members of the League after taking into consideration the number of members, the combined assets of the members, and the number of credit union members, in each region and each group.Each region and each group shall elect one (1) director in accordance with the provisions set forth in Article XI of these bylaws.
