Part X, Line 2 Under ASC 740-10, an organization must recognize the tax benefit associated with tax positions taken for tax return purposes when it is more-likely than not that the position will be sustained. The Organization does not believe there are any material uncertain tax positions and accordingly, will not recognize any liability for unrecognized tax benefits. The Organization has filed for and received income tax exemptions in the jurisdictions where it is required to do so. Additionally, the Organization has filed IRS Form 990 tax returns as required and all applicable returns in those jurisdictions where it is required. The Organization believes that it is no longer subject to U.S. federal, state and local, or non-U.S. income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before 2011. However, the Organization is still open to examinations by tax authorities from fiscal year 2011 forward. For the years ended December 31, 2014 and 2013, there were no interest or penalties recorded in the consolidated statements of activities.

Part I, Line 4b Gary Shapiro was paid $487,500 under a deferred compensation plan. Per the contract payment is based on his continuous employment through 12/31/2010. Annual payments equal 50% of base salary as of 12/31/2010 paid in 12 equal monthly installments. Senior executive are eligible for the Special Incentive Plan (SIP). Eligible employees would receive an amount equal to their annual cash bonus that will be earmarked in the SIP. Upon the third anniversary of the creation of the Special Incentive Plan and every year thereafter, eligible employees will be entitled to withdraw the award made three years prior.
