| Form 990, Part VI, Line 6: Explanation of Classes of Members or Shareholder | Members of the Association shall be Neonaologists who are board certified or who have successfully completed an approved fellowship training program in neonatal-perinatal medicine and are active in neonatal-perinatal medicine in the State of California. Associate membership without voting privelege is encouraged for neonatal-perinatal fellows in training by recommendation from their program director who must be a current member.Emeritus members meet all of the requirements for membership in the Association except that they may no longer be in active practice. These members have a vote but are not eligible for elected office and are not eligible to serve on the Board of Directors. |
