CBIA pays its president and senior vice presidents an amount equivalent to the employer 401k match on earnings in excess of qualified plan compensation limits. These amounts are grossed up for taxes and reported as W-2 income.

The members of the committee are CBIA's president, chair of the board of directors, two vice-chairs and immediate past chair. The committee follows a documented compensation philosophy.
