28 THE GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO IMPROVE QUALITY OF CONCRETE RESTORATION, REPAIR AND PROTECTION, THROUGH EDUCATION,AND COMMUNICATION AMONG MEMBERS AND THOSE WHO USE THEIR SERVICES. THE ORGANIZATION MEETS AT LEAST TWICE A YEAR. THE ORGANIZATION AWARDS ANNUAL SCHOLARSHIPS TO ENGINEERING STUDENTS PURSUING A POST-SECONDARY DEGREE WHO WISH TO SPECIALIZE IN CONCRETE REPAIR AND RESTORATION.
