Form 990, Part VI, Section A, Line 7b	CHANGES TO THE GOVERNING DOCUMENTS (BY-LAWS) ARE APPROVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND THE REGULATORY AGENCY.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 11b	Prior to being filed with the IRS a copy of form 990 and the related schedules are reviewed by the President and Manager including a confirmation of the accuracy of every answer and voted on at a board meeting prior to submittal to the IRS.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, Line 12c	The Board of Directors reviews the conflict of interest policy yearly along with other policies. The conflict of interest statements are signed by each board member annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	The Credit Union financial statements are posted in the Credit Union lobby. They are available on line at www.ncua.gov. The Credit Union by-laws can be reviewed by appointment at the Credit Union office.
