What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES A BASEBALL LEAGUE FOR MEN. EACH TEAM IN THE LEAGUE PAYS A FEE TO COVER THE COST OF PLAYING AND ANY EXCESS FUNDS ARE USED FOR TEAM TROPHIES AND FIELD RENTALS. EXCESS FUNDS REMAIN IN THE ORGANIZATION AND ARE APPLIED AGAINST FUTURE COSTS.
